Whether it's a hearty bacon cheese burger, a delicious Goldwäscher steak or a light red falafel salad, Ustria Fontanivas combines traditional Swiss classics with vegetarian creations and regional specialities. Crispy tarte flambées, freshly prepared pita snacks and a selection of aperitifs, wines and Graubünden beers invite you to end the day on a delicious note – on the terrace or directly at the campsite.

At Ustria Fontanivas, we preserve the culinary identity of Graubünden. Our dishes, such as the original capuns, homemade beetroot falafel, hearty pan-fried perch fillets in beer dough, or regional cheeses on a pizza, reflect our love for local cuisine. We use only meat from Switzerland and also opt for Bündner products for drinks, such as Gazosa, craft beers, or Möhl cider - honest, regional and with character.
