11.11.25 – Winter camping put to the test at an altitude of 1,800 metres
The TCS has tested camping in harsh winter conditions, as more and more people want to use their motorhomes in combination with winter sports.
07.10.25 – TCS Camping looks back on a sunny season
Camping holidays remain very popular in Switzerland. TCS campsites recorded very strong demand in 2025, with around 900,000 overnight stays. Membership reached a new high of 28,700 camping members.
17.07.25 – Standard pitch with private bathroom

30.06.25 – Motorway service station test in southern Europe: France top, Spain flop
The TCS tested 150 motorway service stations in France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. The aim was to determine how well they are equipped to meet the needs of different groups of travellers, including campers. France came out on top, while Spain did not fare so well. The results for Switzerland were good.
30.04.25 – The private sauna experience in Disentis
Since April, Lag Pign at TCS Camping Disentis in the Grisons mountains has had a sauna where you can enjoy an hour or two of undisturbed sauna time while taking in the view of the Alps.
