Region and excursions

Discover Bern in all its diversity, its history and its unique old town. There is a bus stop right in front of the campsite. From there, the regular public bus service takes you to the city centre in 18 minutes. 

Bern Ticket

All camping guests are given the ‘Bern Ticket’ at check-in. This entitles them to travel free of charge on public transport, including the Gurten and Marzilibahn trains.

Holiday region Bern

Bern, the federal capital of Switzerland, is renowned for its well-preserved old town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is not only the political centre of Switzerland, but also a cultural centrepiece with numerous museums, theatres, and historical sites, surrounded by an impressive landscape along the Aare River.
